This has been my primary provider for the past ten years. I am more then satisfied with all of their services, and all of the technicians are very customer friendly. I will not go to any other salon as long as Glad nails is available.

My family, friends and I have been going to Glad Nails since 2006 getting manicures, waxing, and pedicures. Every time we go to the bank to take out cash because the owner would take a few dollars off if we did not charge credit. I have been off at school so I have not been able to come into Glad Nails unless I was home for break. This evening I went in to get an eye brow waxing, not only was the wax mediocre I went to pay with cash and the owner denied ever taking a couple dollars off for using cash. The owner had such an attitude it created a scene in the store, I told him if he wasn't taking a couple dollars off I wouldn't pay with cash. I handed him my credit card, as I was leaving I noticed an extra .50 cent charge. I went back into the store and asked why I was charged an extra .50 cent, he laughed and pointed to a miniature paper sign stating there is a fee for charged payments. The owner was extremely rude and inconsiderate. After 7 years of being loyal customers we will never return to Glad Nails again.



Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. The staff wasn't respectful or professional at all. They only wanted to talk to each other, and made no effort to help me. You couldn’t pay me enough to go back there. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any salon in my entire life.
