They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
