I had David as my hairdresser. He claims he used the same color combo the second time as he did the first. No way my hair had dark brown highlights. I called and went in the same day. He made me wait though finishing Another a customer's hair. He then bleached out my bangs and some of the sides and thought he had taken the brown out of my sight. I went to a stylist today for correction. My Brown is gone and my hair looks wonderful. I had pictures taken of the sloppy brown stripes spread unevenly through my entire head of hair. I paid over $100 for this mess. I spent $85.00 today to correct his mess. Never will I go back to that salon.

Absolutely not. I looked like an overgrown poodle when I left.

Yes, I felt like an annoyance!
