Sarah has been my hair stylist going on eight years and I absolutely love her and every decision we make together on my hair. I'm a very picky and indecisive person, but Sarah is always there to help me, I always feel in good hands. This place is well run and the staff is always friendly and genuine. Budget Cuts & Styles is the only place I ever consider when getting my hair done.
