Very unprofessional owner/operator. She gossips and will not listen to what you want done to your hair. She is not up to date on trending styles. She cant braid therefore if you need a sew in she cant do a third party is called and you have to wait for them to come.

The owner cant sew in hair because she don't know how to braid therefore a third party unlicensed party is braiding your hair however the owner Carol will not listen to what you want she does what she want to with your hair. She uses profanity and talks all her personal business in the shop and slanders anyone that she think is wrong. Just very unprofessional and unskilled.

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

No, I hated it!

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members
