They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Great visit for hair cut and color! RECOMMENDED!

The reason that haircut prices are not posted are because they are rather high for this area. $27.00 for a cut without shampoo when Super Cuts, just down the mall has their prices for all to see, and charge $15.95 for the same type haircut.

My 16 year old Daughter comes 2 1/2 hours to have her hair cut in Hattiesburg, and the usual young lady at Super Cuts was not in that day, so we went down to Regis. There was only one customer in the shop, which should have been our first red flag. The two young ladies that were standing around, informed my child that she would have to wait for "Sparkle" to return. My Daughter came with a picture on her phone with the exact hair cut she wanted. Her hair was the type to hold up with that cut, and she showed the picture to "Sparkle", who quickly glanced at it and proceeded to cut away.

My daughter finally told her to stop cutting after being turned around enough to see the mess that was to be her hair, and when she commented she was very unhappy with it, "Sparkle" replied that she had given her the cut she asked for. She never offered to try to fix it, or to make any effort to make my Daughter happy.

Myself, not realizing that my child was unhappy, as I was not close enough to hear the exchange, paid the $27.00 and a $10.00 tip.

My child cried for two days, and I felt ripped off and angry.

They are NOT professional, certainly not worth paying $37.00 for, and hacked my child's hair worse than a four year old could do.

I would not go back for them to "fix" it because they had already done so much damage.

Please beware before you go to Regis Salon in Turtle Creek Mall. You may regret it as much as I do and feel just as disappointed and betrayed as my Daughter does!!!
