I would never go to this salon again. I have been coloring my hair for 30 years without any reaction. The off brand product used at this salon caused an immediate reaction. The owner’s response was that I should have informed her of my sensitivity & she would have used a different product. How would I know of reaction to her off brand dye.
Blame the victim seems to be their business practice. Unbelievable,
