I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The staff was one of the most respectful, helpful staffs I've ever seen anywhere. It was obvious they really enjoyed working there. My hair looked so beautiful when I left. My stylist is amazing and I can always go out right after my hair is done here. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I always have a lot of questions, but they were able to answer every single one of them thoroughly, and clearly. They are definitely experts. Jessica Raska-Langdell is the best stylist they have. She's so attentive to you and what you want, not stopping until it's exactly how you asked. She doesn't cut corners and is such a sweet heart.
