I started going to this place because I heard it was good, and I have very challenging hair. I have multiple cowlicks in awkward places, and my fashion needs are fairly specific. Anna is able to cut my hair so that it falls beautifully every single time, and she can produce everything I ask for with the vaguest of directions. (I once asked her for a short cut during pregnancy that felt long, was easy-care, and would still look good for pictures after labor and delivery. She delivered! That was the most impressive thing I've seen her do... the second most impressive was to turn my young daughter's bout with the scissors into a rather creative but not accidental-looking hairstyle.)

Several of my friends and family also go to her, and she can handle everything from my mother's graying hair to my sister's riotous curls with ease, plus be trusted with vague instructions like "I don't want a mom cut" or "I don't want to look like I have a briefcase and drink soy smoothies for lunch". I especially appreciate her motto... "Better to take too little than to take too much."

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly,and quite sexy, I love the happy ending.

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
