I unfortunately purchased a GROUPON with Michael West for a cut and color. I arrived a few minutes early and was told he would be with me in a few minutes. About 5 or 10 minutes later, he came to the front of the salon and told me he was "finishing up with his client" and he would be with me soon. FORTY-FIVE minutes later, I was sitting in his chair! I can say he was fast - he cut and colored my hair quickly (so quickly he left several places of gray showing in the front of my hair). I can't say anything about the rest of the staff, but if Michael is a reflection of the other stylists - STAY AWAY (unless you want a bad color and wait 45 minutes to even get started).

I found this salon at the end of 2012 and have been happy with the way my hair looks. It took a second trip to get the color the way I wanted it but you have to talk with your stylist to give her a little time to get to know what you want. Easy to get an appointment although they have plenty of customers. No pressure to buy their products. In fact, she even recommend a store brand to me when I asked her if there was a better product that I should be using than the current Redken product I have at home. I recommend giving it try!

It was by far the best salon I've ever been to, and I think it's the best salon out there. I was extremely impressed. Serena is amazing....wonderful color and haircut. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. This salon has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.
