As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I've already been telling everyone I know what a fantastic time I had. They are one of the most knowledgeable people in the field. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
