Mary is excellent. She explains as she goes along if you wish. She takes time and I never felt rushed. She is very very knowledgeable.

Yes, I felt like an annoyance!
Was this provider's office too loud?
Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, it was rather cramped
