Had an extraction done there today May 18th 2015.l The staff was excellent . The procedure went great and quickly. Nurse was very personable and Dr Jones was great...would highly recommend Bay Center for Jaw Surgery! and thats from someone who hates going to the Dentist !!

I had a Wisdom Tooth pulled by Dr. Glen Jones on Jan 20 2015. I am very please that I choose Bay Center to have this done !!! Dr. Jones & the entire staff are outstanding. I chose Novocain over being put out and have to say I did NOT feel any pain during the procedure. I did have the normal bleeding afterwards for 3-4 Hrs. ( they gave me gauze pads to use over the socket ) and also some swelling and discomfort for a few days that the prescription Dr. Jones gave me took care of.

I Highly recommend Dr. Jones and the Bay Center staff to anyone who needs teeth removed.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Everyone in the office was very helpful and considerate, including the surgeon who called personally in the evening to check on me. I was very satisfied.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort to do a payment plan for my extremely large bill.. I had to ask my mom and dad to pay for it.

The doctors and staff in this office were awesome. They kept me relaxed and comfortable during the entire procedure and were sincere in their concern in my recovery and aftercare. I would definitely recommend them!
