They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
