I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

After losing about 50 lbs., I have had a new workout regime for about 4 months. Arik has been wonderful. I would be so sore before I'd go to him and feel so fantastic afterwards. He really knows his stuff. I also suffer from stomach problems and Arik is able to do something that helps me tremendously. His knowledge, abilities and genuine sense of caring and personal tailoring of a massage regime are fantastic. I would highly recommend him.

So after reading all these (now apparently fake) reviews on other sites i got sucked in to making an appointment 3 weeks in advance to see Aric. I show up a little early cause usually theres paperwork to fill out, plus i wanted to warm up so im not all frozen getting on the massage table. I get there and the place is barren, no lights, no life, noone there, closed door. So i think maybe he is with another client and the receptionist stepped out or whatever. I wait 10 min...15 min nothing! I call the number, someone picks up and tells me im his first client he'll be there shortly, meanwhile when i called to schedule the appt i was told i couldnt get an earlier time slot cause he's "booked" = first lie and shady maketing scheme to make people think he's "that good" anyway, i wait another 20min! i call the number again, they tell me they let him know im waiting that that he'll be there soon, so im livid at this point and frozen cold from waiting outside. i ask her to cancel my appointment and not bill me casue this is extremely uncomforting and unprofessional for something like this to happen , she tells me "well theres othing i can help you with, you will be billed, cause he will be there" i hang up cause obviously i was getting messed with. its now past my appointment time, i get a message from Aric saying hes there and that the table is waiting for me, how RUDE!!! i have never experience this form of carelessness in a business before where a client is forced to sit outside while the therapist is late and their "offsite phone service operators" can offer no help so ur stranded and get billed for absolute aggravation! needless to say i could not possibly enjoy a massage after all that, i walked away and will make sure noone i know EVER goes there, shady and real dissapointing!

I had looked in my local yellow pages to find a massage therapist because I was in a lot of pain. I have had numerous car accidents, and a bunch of athletic injuries. I still try to stay in shape, but in the last year because of these injuries I have not been able to work out at the gym. Aric Friedman changed all of that. I can't explain it, I have never had a massage like he gave me, ever! And I love massage, I have been to Canyon Ranch as well as less known spas like New Age Health Spa. All the massages I have ever had were like glorified rub downs, compared to what Mr. Friedman does! He took the time and patience to explain to me how the mechanics of my body works and the things that were wrong with my body specifically. Then he put me in these very intense, but helpful stretches to prove his point and get rid of my problems, esp. with my hip joints. And it's amazing. I am now back at the gym 3-5 days a week. I bought a package of sessions which makes seeing him more affordable than the average massage therapist. And I can't live without him, I won't. He keeps my muscles loose and my body aligned so I can exercise and live life completely pain free. I haven't felt this way since I was in my early 20's! Btw, I put down a good rating for insurance coverage because my sister uses him using no fault insurance from a car accident she was in. She doesn't pay anything it is completely free. I went with her the first day to introduce her and she had to fill out about 5 minutes worth of paperwork and answer a few questions about her accident and that was it! Now she gets free massage. I consider her lucky, but seriously I consider myself lucky and if I had the money I would pay for every single person in the world to get one massage from him to see what a difference it makes in their life! You must try it. I think everyone owes it to themselves to find a way to live life without pain! This is the place to go!
