I have been calling this office for 2 weeks, and have yet to get a response from them, all i get is an answering service, not a good dentist for follow up visits

I can't get over this dentist's terrible service. His work is low quality. He charges again for fixing his errors. His communication is rude. Worst dentist I have ever experienced. Stay away.

I had a crown put in. I had a tooth removed. Both were painless and easy for me. And I am usually a coward about this stuff. The office is clean and very modern. The dentist talked me through what would happen so I would know. He put me at ease. I would recommend this place. Parking was easy too.

I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit. Waste of time and money if you ask me. I couldn't believe how much pain my 5 year old experienced after my appointment. He was in agony for days that I know could've been avoided. This provider makes no effort to get other views on things. I don't think they care at all about any one's concerns. This practice is all about making money, and nothing else. This "dentist" (Kuttuva) turned a need for 2 fillings for my 5 year old, into 7 fillings. 4 of the fillings fell within a year and my insurance re-charged for the fillings. He wouldn't stand behind his incompetent work, and is rude.
Terrible - stay away.

Before starting my treatment, they went over exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. This business is located in a safe area. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They answered all my questions. I didn't feel like they were rushing my appointment at all.

Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
Finally a dentist that put the patience and their need first, I will recommend this doctor to all my friends and family for their dental care needs. Keep up the GREAT work.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
