They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
