Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. I did feel a little tight later that night, but the Doctors explained to me that this is normal and I should Ice. I Iced and I felt great the next day. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. Dr. Brandon and Dr. Garrett Soldano are definitely the ELITE doctors in the area. I felt so comfortable with them that I signed my wife and two kids up for their first appointment. Thank you both for everything you do in the community!

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

I read the other review and was shocked that they said they don't customize the treatment plan. We are a family of 7 and all of us have different plans based on facts from our exam and xrays. I can honestly say this is one of the most integrous Doctors I have ever met.

I am a 38 year old mother of 5. In October of 2009, I was walking through Walmart, and my lower back gave out. I could NOT get up. I was sweating, I was straining, I was doing everything I could to get up just to get to the car. My sister, who is a patient of Dr. Soldano called him on a Sun. on his cell phone, and he treated me right away. He did my exam and xrays, and showed me why I was having pain. Education is huge to Dr. Soldano, and I am the kind of person who needs to know why things are happening. The big picture is, I have been going to pain management Doctors for eight years, I have had numerous cortisone shots in my right shoulder, physical therapy, numerous pain meds and anti-inflammitory's. Now, don't get me wrong, I was skeptical of chiropractic services at the beginning, it sounded too good to be true. Once I attended his Health Awareness Seminar everything made sense. I went to Dr. Soldano because of lower back pain, I have been seeing him 3x a week and it has been life changing. I can sleep through the night without having back pain, I can turn my neck, and carry things in my arms, I can bend down to pick things up off the floor, everyday chores that I could not do before. Every Tuesday night Dr. Soldano has a Health Awareness Seminar at 6:15. I attended this seminar with my husband. After listening to what he had to say, I realized that chiropractic services were not only important to my health, but my children's health as well. Many times I see my kids want to step on each others backs, or try to "crack" their backs. They have headaches, (children should not have headaches). Dr. Soldano examined all of my children, and it has been life changing for my family. I want my kids to be the best they can be, I want them to be healthy in every aspect of their life. What changes have I seen?? No more headaches, no more back pain, they are very active in sports, their game has stepped up. I am very excited about the investment we have given our family. I hope I never have to see a pain management Dr. again, It is my belief that my kids will never go through what I went through. I encourage all families to go hear what this guy has to say , his energy and passion shows every time I go there. We are forever grateful to Dr. Soldano, I am certain that this guy will be the best thing to come to Kalamazoo, I am sure you will hear about him around town, he gets it, he cares.........

I had never been to a chiropractic care facility before going to Dr. Garrett, and I was apprehensive about what was going to happen. Dr. Garrett took the the time to explain to me exactly what has happened, what is currently happening, and what could happen if certain things were not taken care of. He was not pushy about his care, and has a genuine passion for helping people who are looking for it. He does not just perform the adjustments, he lets you know why he is doing it so that you are continuing to be educated on the subject. I have never felt better, I have more energy, I find it easier to concentrate, and I owe it all to Dr. Garrett! (And he played in the NFL too.)
