Any time I have a fitness-related question, Tracey is able to answer it in detail. She really seems much more knowledgeable than most, and I know I am in good hands and getting the best workout possible when I train with her. This trainer kept the focus on me the entire session. She is able to provide insight into everything she teaches me. She always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. She never complains about anything, and I know I can always count on her. I trust her every day of the week in the training and strengthening of my body. If you haven't yet, try Pilates on Centre in Topton, PA today!
