Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
