Dr Cassarro may of helped my pain but I'm in more pain now from the bill I've been stuck with. They did not process my bill through my regular primary and my Medicare. I am never contacted by any doctor because I never owe anything. I can't have any bills because I don't draw enough money on disability to handle paying it. I don't recall being told this by their office that they don't process through Medicare to cover what is left over that primary doesn't pay. Now they have turned it into collections and added a few hundred dollars to the balance. Just a warning. I know if you're disabled and have minimal income you appreciate knowing this.

No, I couldn't even find it with my GPS
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
