I absolutely LOVE going to the dentist now, thanks to Dr Tsai and his staff they make you feel totally comfortable. Again I love going there!

After neglecting my oral care for years I came here. Dr. Tsai and the staff developed a treatment plan that included specific costs and reviewed it with me to be sure I understood it all. I was pleased that my dental insurance (Aetna) was accepted. I needed lots done -extractions, caps, fillings, partial dentures, etc. Through it all, there was never any pain. As an example, in a single session I had multiple extractions and was able to have a soft dinner that evening. From start to end, my treatment took several months Scheduling appointments was never a problem. Usually I'd be greeted by name, with a smile and be taken directly to the treatment room without even sitting down in the waiting room. The longest wait to be seen was less than 5 minutes. My experiences here have all been very positive. I've convinced my spouse and daughter to go here as well and they are both pleased.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature.I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable with the TV in the treatment rooms, massaging chairs, and the beverages. My former dentist didn't have anything like this office. when I arrive, I don't think I have ever been waiting for more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Also, I am impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

This is the most pleasant dental office I've ever been to. One of my friends referred me here since he knows I am very picky person and very afraid of dentists. And I so appreciate that my friend found me this office. I wasn't quite sure my dental insurance coverage, and the office manager helped me to find out the details from the insurance company. She really knows how to help patients to understand better about their coverage. When I walked into the treatment room, the assistant chatted with me and helped
me not too nervous. Then after Dr. Tsai was in, he started to talked to me, said hello to me, not like other dentists I had before, they just sat down to do the work after I told them my problems, always rush. However, Dr. Tsai was not like that, and this way really helped me less nervous. He was very patient with me. Now I have referred many of my friends there, and they are very happy with Dr. Tsai and the office. My entire family goes there now, and we wouldn't ever think of changing dentist.
