I would not recommend this facility to anyone. When we toured the facility it was beautiful, but virtually empty. We soon discovered why, they turned down my dad and said he did not qualify for hospice when he clearly did. They would not give a reason why he did not qualify. We were able to find a hospice facility that said my dad not only qualified, but they said it was cruel for Peppi's House to turn away my Dad and they were embarrassed for the Hospice community that they would do that. I am writing this review so that your family does not grow through the same frustration and heartache that we experienced. Don't waste your time on Peppi's House.
