The nurse who did our initial assessment was great. Other than that it was a bad experience. The meds were delivered from a place in Franklin Pa and came very late. The on call nurse would not come out to see my dad on the day he was dying and I was having difficulty controlling his symptoms. She said it was just her on call, and she would take calls but would not come out. Terrible service.
