My mom, Irene Letourneau, entered Woodside Hospice Center a few weeks ago and my brother, sister and I were amazed at the wonderful care she received before her passing. The caring, loving qualities of the staff at this facility were something we will never forget. Not only did they treat my mother with such dignity and love but the family was treated with care and love as well. My family and I would like to thank you all for taking such good care of our mom. The home was clean, beautiful, quite. Chapels memorial window is beatifull and calming. All of the staff were there for everyone. Notw just one person. My husband was treated with respect and dignity.

After being poked and prodded in hospitals, rehab, and long term care, it was time Dad wanted to be left alone. Too many bright lights shining on his face. He was in agony. Transferred him to Woodside Hospice and there he died in peace and quietude. Hospice nurses truly are angels. This is the place I'd like to die. The room was like a room in your own home. This was the first time in I don't know how long that he was at peace. God bless Hospice.

I was astounded by the coolness both on the phone and in person with the night nurse in the Woodside area and surprizingly the Chaplain as well. It was a heartbreaking period to say goodbye to our mother and was made more difficult by this surprizing attitude. Simply heartbreaking and confusing; I work with Hospice in my home state and have never seen or acted this way . A call I made asking someone to call me back went unanswered.

Is it my imagination or do the 22 previous reviews sound over-the-top similar? I pray others' experiences were that good. Unfortunately ours was not.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
