They totally misrepresented themselves as a hospice provider then said they were not licensed for hospice yet after putting my mother though a very painful interview about her final days. Very kind, but we felt completely scammed and now have to put our mother through the whole thing again with another company.

Loved my experience with Avalon in Flint. I wish I would have been able to have my grandmother here rather than where she was placed. I've had extended family and friends in Avalon and never been anything but pleased.
