My family used this service when my mom was ill. She had cancer that had spread and treatment could not save her. These people were all smiles and caring until we signed the paperwork. Over the course of a few weeks we saw "our nurse" once for her assessment and again to bring the supplies. We never saw her again and when I called for help the next two times, after being told she wasn't on duty, a nurse that was clearly office based and out of the field responded after I pitched a royal fit! The last of the two visits I had asked for respite care for Mom as Dad and I had been caring for her 24/7 with very little help. They came to get Mom with transport, which amounted to two men and a gurney. They wanted to take Mom up a flight of stairs by her arms and legs. I wouldn't allow it and demanded they wheel her through the back yard instead . When we got to the inpatient facility, the only positive part of this company, they told me Mom was imminent. In 30 minutes we went from ladies telling me Mom would be okay and we could get some rest to she's imminent! They don't know what they're doing and they don't care!
