If there was a zero this is the rating I would give Trustbridge. The lack of care, respect and lack of treatment made this the most awful experience of my life. I walked into my mother’s room, found her dead and the when I called the nurse she was surprised. Shame on you for calling yourself a hospice.
My beloved partner of fifty years was barely conscious when he arrived at this facility. They put him in a small room with a man with terminal lung disease who was agitated and coughed loudly and continuously. I begged them to give my dying partner a private room, but no one heeded me, saying "the nurses are at a meeting." In fact they were at the desk in front of me as I was pleading for some dignity for my partner and a chance for our family to have a peaceful farewell. He died an hour after they finally moved him. I cannot believe the callousness and cruelty of their behavior.
My experience with Palm Beach Hospice at Bethesday Memorial Hospital was not what I had hoped for. It did not provide me with confidence in the care my mother received, didn't feel that she was treated with kindness or respect and I cannot recommend this Hospice to anyone.
Palm Beach Hospice and their staff are absolutely wonderful. Our Mom landed in Bethedsa ICU and we moved her to hospice floor #4 when we took her off life support. EVERYONE was incredible to her and us. They treated her with great respect and kindness. We highly recommend this unit.
