Dr Thomas confirmed what I was already sure of. My VA doc was fulla beans. VA doc did the usual, stating muscle strain. Prescribed pain meds and muscle relaxer.
Dr Thomas X-rayed and confirmed disc and bone degeneration. After approximately 15 years pain and numerous VA docs one ordered x-ray, mri which led to replacement of discs and fusion of 3 vertebrae. Dr Thomas is at least 15 years ahead of VA. VA docs don’t listen to patients, in my experience. See Dr Thomas 👍

If you have back or neck pain, don't go to a medical doctor! Go to Dr. Donovan. In a couple of days, you will begin to have less pain. Keep going regularly until you feel a whole lot better. Then set up a regular maintenance plan
As in all professions, there are excellent & mediocre chiropractors. Dr. Donovan is the best!

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I suffered from neck and back pain for months after a car accident in 2011. It was not until after settlement that I began seeing Dr. Thomas and have since been relieved of my pain! I recieved nothing but professionalism, compassion, and empathy from Dr. Thomas and would highly recommend him! It was nice to know that as a whiplash expert, Dr. Thomas possessed the knowledge and skill to focus on the cause of my pain and help me get back to being me.

Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment

Yes

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
