They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up.
