I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They were extremely forthcoming with information and were able to answer all of my questions. They reassured me that if I had more questions I was welcome to call. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Dr Nicole Schrader was factually direct, responsive, expert in her field and wisely also referred me to colleagues in different fields to rule out other concerns. I had a broken nose, deviated septum, and my airways collapsed upon inhale. Dr. Nicole Schrader performed outpatient surgery and the results are better than I could have dreamed. It is as if somebody opened a window. No more sinus headaches. I can sleep, Minimal snoring. I can manage my allergies without allergy medicine. I strongly recommend Dr. Nicole Schrader.

I had Botox and a Profractional Laser treatment done in 12/12. The Botox was done with absolute perfection and my 40 something crow'€™s feet diminished instantly. The Profractional Laser treatment was done with care, complete accuracy and I couldn't be happier with the results. It smoothed out my acne scars, remaining wrinkles and reduced sun damage spots. Yay! I recently had to see Dr Schrader for an ENT issue. Debbie got me in right away and within a matter of minutes the Dr knew exactly what was wrong. Dr Schrader handles you with the upmost care, is extremely compassionate takes time to REALLY listen. I am so happy to have found her and her staff. Thank you Dr Schrader, Debbie and GG!!!!

Follow up - had more Botox in 12/13 and once again, I couldn't be happier. Dr Schrader is the only person I trust with my face.

I have been a patient of Dr. Schrader for over 5 years. Dr. Schrader and her staff could not be more courteous and professional. Dr. Schrader has the most incredible bedside manner. She never makes you feel like she is rushed and is always thorough in explaining the procedure, treatment plan and follow up procedure. Over the course of the past 5 years Dr. Schrader has performed a number of procedures for me from a basic procedure to those that are more extensive with 5-10 days recovery required. I would not trust anyone else in the field to perform the services Dr. Schrader offers. Dr. Schrader and her team are simply the best in the industry!

Dr. Schrader and her staff has gone above and beyond helping me heal from a dog bite. Dr. Schrader stays up-to-date with the latest in procedures, treatments and medications. They literally held my hand if I was nervous over the many visits and treatments/surgery I had. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
