I am very comfortable with Dr. Upadhya; she really has my holisitic health in mind. As it is not always easy to open up to someone else, I am grateful that she is non-judgemental and friendly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The staff was very friendly and warm. They went out of their way to make me feel respected and cared for. During my appointment, I knew that I always had their full attention. They listened to everything I said without interrupting. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.

I was very glad that my appointment went the way it did.
Dr Upadhya is extremely good - be it her knowledge in her subject, or be it the empathy she demonstrates towards her patients. She treats her patients the best. I could get rid of the depression element from from overall profile of schizophrenia+bipolar disease (schizoaffective disorder) under her care during the last four months. I am immensely thankful to her because of this help.
I don't think there's a better psychiatrist out there.
