This is the worst customer service I have ever received. First of all they never pick up the phone. You have to leave a message and someone will get back to you. After first couple of appointments, my son was prescribed a medication. Pharmacy told us that they are waiting on authororzation from Dr office to release medication. After 5 days of waiting pharmacy told us to contact the Dr office as they are not responding. We have left message for 5 consecutive days before getting a call back and finally getting the medication. Next week we called a day before the appointment to reschedule as the medication was delayed. No one responded back and the next day, we got a call for no show of appointment and then were told that there are no more appointments available for the rest of the year. My son's medication is only for 30 days with no refill and all of a sudden the doctor became unavailable for the rest of the year.

Horrible , do not go to this place, they put kids on high dose of medication and make them disable, so that you go to them all your life and they can make money.

Your $100 15 minute appointment consists of the following: you will be promptly, but politely, ushered into Dr Amann's very clean, conservatively decorated office which shows no hint of her personality. Once you are seated on the comfortable sofa, you are not allowed to speak until Dr. Amann methodically reads the description of what occurred at your prior appointment which she so efficiently typed into your computer file. You are then given permission to speak. You are only to relate to her any updates that have occurred in your life since the last appointment. These updates are, of course, immediately typed into your file. One is allowed to show emotion while reporting these updates, but do not expect any human support or any sign of empathy. You will not even get any advice as to how best to handle you situation. Dr. Amann's response will solely consist of how well you're doing on your medicine. Specifically, she will address the dosage and whether you are having any adverse reactions. If there are any side affects, she has no problem choosing another from her vast arsenal. After you have agreed on the meds., your prescription is sent to your pharmacy of choice while you are still comfortably seated on the sofa. Once you no longer hear the clicking of the computer keyboard, and Dr. Amann stands up and makes her way to the door, you have no option but to "suck-up" any emotion that may have started to show and follow her out of the door that is being opened since you will be in the direct view of the whole office staff as you pass the threshold. In summary, there are no negatives to report, but even after many appointments, you feel you are dealing with a robot.
