They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Does the chiropractor customize their treatment to meet the needs of your specific condition?
Definitely! They customized their treatment for my condition, and it was very effective
