compared to other therapists Kim is above and beyond. With others I have gotten the impression they were just checking boxes and counting down until our session is over. With Kim I felt like she was present, responsive to my concerns, and truly dedicated to my healing and growth. She can prescribe meds too so you don’t have to see an MD if she feels you would benefit.

I would give her negative ratings if it was possible. After disclosing very private and sensitive information regarding my childhood and the abuse I suffered I then disclosed that I believed some individuals wanted me to take care of the very person who hurt me when I was young; the same person who I had told her about. Her response was that she thought it was a good idea. WHAT!!!!! Afterwards I found out that she was the mental health provider of a close relative who was one of the people who wanted me to play caretaker. I have checked with several other medical professionals who all report her response was high unethical and unprofessional.

Their office was current, nothing special though. The area was not the safest which was disappointing. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my friends or family. Their staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there. Kim was nice enough, face to face, but when I asked to speak with her directly, TWICE, I never received a call back. They filled prescriptions incorrectly on two separate occasions as well. Kim seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable that I was being given the best care.

They are so kind and caring. I know I can always count on them. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when Kim was able to provide me with information that I had never heard of about some medical conditions I am facing, and new medications they are using to treat it. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was very impressed by how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. It looks like it might be brand new. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
