I was suffering from deep depression when I went to Dr Afzal. He made things worse. He did not listen to my symptoms, gave me replies that did not fit my questions. I could not understand him, both his accent and choice of words confused me and gave me no confidence. Getting an appointment with him was easy, just a 2 day wait., but I ended up getting the help and relationship I needed from another Allentown doctor who I had to wait a month to get and appointment, but it has been entirely different experience and treatment than I got from Dr Afzal.

He ignored my questions and my appointment was rushed. His staff was pushy. Dr Afzal was of no help - we had no rapport. Dr Afzal did not listen to me and asked questions unrelated to what I described as my symptoms. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

I have since gone to another doctor and it was a totally different and positive experience.
