We have been going to Ms Janice at Guaranteed Weight Loss since 3/2020. She is wonderful!!! So helpful, informational & motivational. I am down over 35lbs & my hubs is down 65+lbs. Thank you Janice for all your help & encouragement too.

If you follow the plan it works very well. You can eat regular grocery foods and to me it is a lot of food. You start seeing results quickly.

Just what is says, Guaranteed Weight Loss. If you follow what she tells you to do, you WILL lose the weight. I lost 50lbs. and I strictly followed what she told me to do. I thought it was a lot of food to eat in the beginning and I struggled to get it all down at times. My husband said, how could I possibly lose weight eating all that food, but it's the combination of foods that burns up the fat. Each week the pounds just melted away which encouraged me to stick to it and I'm happy I did. Janice was great, very encouraging. I recommend her to anyone serious about losing those extra pounds.
