The facility is well equipped. The group classes are excellent. They range from low impact to advanced. Participants are always encouraged to work at their own comfort level.

PROS: Great variety of exercise options. Knowledgeable trainers. Plenty of equipment. CONS: If you're not a Doctor, parking during the week is extremely difficult to find -- have to sneak in behind security's backs. Gym staff sit around a lot -- they could be cleaning the premises which is a little dirty.
