This gym has the worst business management I have ever come across in my life. To begin with my daughter joined this gym a couple years ago and they took the payment out twice each month. Once using the debit card and once using the bank routing and account. Took 3 months to finally get Kevin on the phone to get it corrected and refunded. Kevin is the only person there who can take care of those matters. Kevin is never there and never returns any phone calls. Now, my daughter cancelled her membership in March because she moved to a different city. They said it would take 30 days so we planned on paying for April. However they have also taken out May, June and July. Surprise! Kevin is never there and he is the only one who can take care of this. The quest begins again to reach Kevin and try to remedy the situation. This place should not be allowed to automatically withdraw payments from anyone's checking account if they have poor money management and are never available for assistance
Health fit is nasty and also they steal money from your bank account and refuse to reimburse you. If you try to cancel your membership they will continue to draft the money from your account. I even changed bank accounts to stop the problem and somehow they managed to draft the money from my new account. I have reported them to the BBB but not sure if anything can/will be done. Just warning everyone before you give your account information to them. Also the employees are useless much like the owner!
