The zone pool needs repairs to the thermostat to regulate the temperature of the water. The water aerobics class has been cancelled for 7 weeks now. I need the class to resume meeting so I can stay healthy. Very disappointed in this level of service.
I've been going to the Zone for about a year, just renewed my membership a few days before the Corona took over everyone's lives. Haven't been able to get back into any groove again yet. The staff (Judy) was exceptional. Don't know if she''s still there or not, but the other members are also pretty great to be around. They will help you figure out how to use the equipment and so far none have minded being pestered about how they are doing things and how I can do them. The pool is a great addition to the workout, but they really need someone who knows what to do about it if Judy isn't there to do what needs to be done. Its down more than it's open these days and that's just not acceptable!
The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel so welcome! They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
