I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. The diet plan was boring. I rarely was weighed in and it doesn't fit my lifestyle at all. I wasn't impressed with the information they gave me. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
