I was double billed for 10 months. The business manager has refused to acknowledge or discuss the matter. The Montgomery County Office of Consumer Protection has been unable to serve the business manager with a subpoena. This matter has been outstanding for over 9 months now.
I cancelled my membership in the Cabin John Curves in Bethesda, Maryland last January due to the following problem: The franchise posted duplicate charges on my credit card account from September 2011 through February 2012. On my request, my credit card company is now rejecting all charges future. The business manager has never responded to my phone messages or letters requesting clarification or credit. Nor has the manager, to my knowledge, responded to requests for information from the Montgomery County Office of Consumer Protection.
It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
