If you have any questions, the help at YMCA of the Shoals are always available. They really take their time in explaining everything there to you. I have never felt rush or uncomfortable when asking a question.

4-5 times a week I am here using the treadmill and the fitness center. I have only been going for about 6 months and have yet to try any of the activities they offer. So far I am very satisfied with the facility, the people, and the equipment.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
Does this health club have towels and spray bottles available to clean equipment after workouts?
There is none available, but I have seen equipment being cleaned occasionally by workers
