This guy is a waste of your time. It is a joke. They overcharge and never fix anything. They say they have more stuff going on then they really do. James comment is right about the "staff" standing around all day and gossiping . I will not be going back.

The Rock Health and Fitness is a very poor gym. It says it's open 24-hours, but is really closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. The hours are constantly changing, too. Most of the machines are broke. The TVs on the machines often don't work, or there is no audio. The staff stands around and gossips instead of keeping the gym clean and orderly. If you have another option, go elsewhere before signing up at the Rock. They don't care about customer service.
