Great Gym. It's listing swimming/pool which I have never seen there before, so unless it was put in within the last couple of years then that's not accurate. So let's get to what they do have. A great staff. Yep. Tons of equipment for it's size. Good spacing, clean, everyone is relatively friendly but minds their own business which is cool. No cameras following you around, no one intentionally slamming weights while at the same time if it happens occasionally no one cares. Ei: They run it like a gym.

Plenty of Oly benches, DB benches, incline, decline etc etc..They also have more than your usual machines as well. From strength training to more aerobic. Great full court basketball court with both pickup games with a league that runs over different times during the year.

Small Track upstairs (16th of a mile I believe) that looks down on the weights and basketball court. Same view from the ellipticals/treadmills/cross trainers/mountain climbers etc etc..

Overall, it's a very comfortable gym with a friendly knowledgeable staff and more than enough equipment to help anyone get, stay in or get in better shape. There's also a boxing and ketlebell section, yoga/aerobics and all the other things one expects to find at a gym. I will check out the pool thing though as when I was a member before (I did just rejoin) that was the *ONLY* thing I felt like I was missing. Everything else is perfect, at least for me. Oh, it's also pretty darn inexpensive. No, it's not a $10/m chain, but with the $30/$300 pricing mdoel yo get a lot more attention and a far, far more comfortable environment. Think the YMCA with a bit more serious athletes that somehow maintains a more laid back and flexible atmosphere that seems to fit essentially everyone from Fitness YouTubers to the high school kid trying to make the football team to the 50-year-old who wants to get their 30-year-old health levels back. Absolutely recommend.

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Yes, I felt like an annoyance!

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.


What a great little gym! The people are super friendly and i always have a great experience there. However I went to the yoga class last weekend and received a cold vibe from the yoga instructor. She was playing the music very loudly and was very confusing in her cues. This yoga instructor should really go back and get her certificate in 200 or 500 hr. Also she needs to read this article

Other than the yoga class i would recommend this gym to almost anyone! (not veteran yogis though)
