I went there with specific questions regarding my specific condition. They were knowledgeable, answered all my questions. They were positive about my condition. Both asked my name before I left. I received pamphlets about a couple products I had questions about. I have no doubt, I will benefit from the products i purchased. I also know I have a place to go when I have questions about treatment plans, and nutrition. They were superb!

Called them to ask if they carried Vaxa Attend an ADHD supplement. The guy picks up the phone after 10 rings, tells me he has never heard of it. Out of good will, I told him that I heard positive reviews about it and it might be something people like me would buy if it were available there. And he did this before I could finish: Excuse Me - BYE. Chase's Natural Foods - if this is what you do to people who are friendly and trying to work with you, then what kind of a company are you?
I wish I could give you NO STARS.

I was really sold on the advice I got from Chase's Health Food store when I went there after two rounds of antibiotics for bronchitis, and they helped me find the supplements to rebuild my immune system after the antibiotics destroyed good & bad bacteria, as well as suggestions to improve my breathing. They offer great personal customer service! Their full attention is always on each customer. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. I was so impressed when they were willing to review my current vitamins & needs after my hearing some skepticism that people can be harmed by excess vitamins, and they suggested what and when I take which vitamins, and didn't try to oversell me; Almost every time, they offer me additional supplemental health reading materials relevant to our discussion. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone or in person. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I'm happy to refer others to them.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I am completely confident that they are entirely devoted to helping me achieve my health goals. They really care about my health and make the extra effort to encourage and support me.
