I've been a member of nautilus when bruce was on east main in a 200 sq.ft. hole in the wall in 1975.since then,he has grown to over 3000 sq.ft.it is clean,friendly,and professional.the people that work -out here are here for one reason,to get fit and get out.you will see no one looking in mirrors,socializing,or women in make up.as far is climate in the building goes,if you want confort,stay home. otherwise sweat it out and get fit.

i was a member kazzy very cheap place is smalll watches every move you make ...dosnnt put TV on no A/c awful ...

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The owner walks around and shuts off lights and the televisions that are mounted on plywood and chain swings. Kazzy wants to save money but what he needs to do is keep his members. Membership is leaving because of his attitude towards members, he is cutting hours because he is too cheap to pay help. He will not modernize, no wifi only WHCN radio. There are numerous machines with ripped upholstering, his floor in the locker room is carpeted! My God what a disgusting locker room. Kazzy does not acknowledge many members when they enter the gym, Why? He advertises that the gym is air-conditioned but members can probably count the number of times it is actually on.
There are other choices in Torrington... look where you feel you are appreciated.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The locker room is dirty, it has a carpeted floor that smells, the lockers are dirty. The weekend hours are lousy they close at 1:00pm. There is no WIFI available for those who do not want to listed to the radio station. There are tv's hanging but no sound there is a new flatscreen but only ESPN is on. The facility is air conditioned but it is almost never turned on.
