The Summit is truly the best health club in the area. However, I do have a complaint to file regarding an older individual on the weekend staff that works the pool area, specifically the therapy pool (we have visited the therapy pool on several Saturday afternoons).
I don't have her name, but she is an older individual (supposedly lifeguard) who works the therapy pool and on occasion she wears knee high black socks and tennis shoes. This older individual seems to have a "grouchy" disposition each time we are there. She tends to nag at pool participants and generally patrolling the edge of the pool in such a manner as to make those in the pool uncomfortable.
The final straw occurred on the afternoon of April 30, I was in the therapy pool and she openly sneezed several times without even an attempt to cover her mouth around the children and other adults who were in the area. I just want to make management aware of the situation and perhaps monitor it in such a way so that the experience in the therapy pool can be as enjoyable as the rest of the Summit facility.
