Great customer service.

I wouldn't even give this shop one star!!! The customer service here is horrible. As a customer, I have never been spoken to so hateful by someone running a store. The owner was out of town and Peter was filling in and he said he has been filling in for the owner for four years when the owner goes out of town. I find that hard to believe seeing as how he doesn't even know how to run a cash register! I certainly wouldn't trust my store with someone who can't run a cash register or deal with customers properly. When I called Peter to tell him I was not pleased with the way I was treated and that I would be letting the owner know, he proceeded to tell me that the owner wouldn't care! There again bad customer service. Having been the manager of a very popular store for over 15 years, I have learned that the customer is always right and you do what it takes to make sure they are pleased! I must say I am very disappointed!!!
