I think they might be able to help me reach my health goals, but I'm not positive. I was hoping for something better. That appointment was a complete waste of time! I was uncomfortable the entire time. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. She continuously thought I was another client. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I've never run across such a poorly trained office! After a long wait, she said that she'd have to rush through this appointment. Most the little information that she gave me I could get off the internet after a 3 minute search. I feel she recommended very ,dangerous low calorie for my days. I will go to the Newport office in August and see if it is any better than the New Bern. I would NOT recommend the New Bern office to anyone.
